Ryan Foundation Enrichment Center Rental Information

The Ryan Foundation Enrichment Center offers flexible meeting space for community partners, corporate gatherings, and nonprofit organizations. Proceeds from venue rentals help support Communities In Schools’ programs that empower students to succeed in school and life.

What’s Included

Rates include classroom/lecture hall-style tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, access to the kitchenette, and free self-parking (120 spaces). Use of our AV system is included, which consists of a laser projector, screen, and choice of 2 microphones (handheld or lapel). Events outside normal business hours may require additional security costs.

Rental Policies

A signed rental agreement is required to secure the venue. A CIS staff member will be present during the contracted time of the event. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with the balance due seven days prior to the event. 

All setup, event time, and cleanup must occur within the contracted rental period. Decorations must not be nailed, taped, or glued to walls or fixtures. Glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, and open flames are prohibited. Only battery-operated candles are allowed.

Food may be brought in from an approved caterer or commercial food provider. Snacks or sack lunches are permitted. The kitchenette has 2 microwaves available, as well as a sink and water cooler.

The facility is smoke-free, and firearms or illegal substances are prohibited.

Event liability insurance is required with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming Communities In Schools of Greater Tarrant County as an additional insured. The renting entity must provide CIS with a Certificate of Insurance prior to the event date.
