Positions
Program Manager
Description
Provide individual supportive guidance and case management for CISGTC students from inside public schools, intervene in crises experienced by students and their families, conduct home visits, encourage parental involvement in program activities, provide transportation for students and their families as needed, promote cooperation between faculty, school administration and the CISGTC team.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Social Work (REQUIRED), one year experience in social service preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; desire to work with at-risk youth; sensitivity to and awareness of unique needs of minority cultures and diverse ethnic group; must have valid Texas driver’s license.

Mental Health Counselor
Description
Manage the day to day implementation and operation of the CISGTC Mental Health Supports program including providing individual clinical counseling to a caseload of up to 25-30 students at a time during the school day, keeping clinical records, providing crisis management services and support, and working with an interdisciplinary team to promote student safety and treatment progress.
Qualifications
Clinical license—LCSW, LPC, or LMFT—or actively obtaining clinical license (REQUIRED), experience practicing clinical counseling (REQUIRED), experience working with diverse populations (REQUIRED), experience providing bilingual services (Spanish/English), preferred
